Under 550kcal and 29g of protein You will need to serve 1 Filling * 2 large eggs * 1/4 large red pepper, diced into small cubes * 1/4 red onion, finely diced * 1/2 fresh jalapeno, finely diced * 1 heaped tbsp of thick Greek yogurt * 1 tsp American mustard * 1/2 tsp honey * Small handful of chopped dill * Salt and pepper Bagel * 1 multigrain bagel * 30g feta cheese In a pan of boiling water, add the eggs and cook for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, transfer the egg to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, peel. Finely dice the red pepper, red onion, and jalapeno. Place into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs to the bowl along with the Greek yogurt, mustard, honey, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine and taste, adding more of any ingredient if needed. Slice your bagel in half and evenly distribute the egg salad mixture onto each side. Top each bagel half with 30g of crumbled feta cheese. @ameliasandy_ Make your life easier by meal prepping your lunches, these tempeh bacon and roasted veg meal prep bagels are a perfect tasty and easy lunch to fill you up on busy days 🥯 Wash and slice your pepper and courgette and coat in olive oil, roast at 180 degreed calcium for 40 minutes. Make marinade by mixing 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp paprika. Slice your tempeh into strips and coat with your marinade. Pop in the oven for 25 mins. Assemble your bagels with vegan cheese, spinach, tempeh bacon, roasted veg and top with @Myvegan hemp seeds. Wrap in foil and store in the fridge. @sohonutrition HOT HONEY FETA PIZZA BAGELS 🥯🍯🍕 The best quick and easy lunch recipe! It’s just so yum and high protein. You need to save for later☝🏼 •488 kcals •42g PRO, 66g CHO, 10g FAT Serves 1: -1 multi seed bagel or bagel of choice -Cooked chicken breast (mine was 80g uncooked seasoned with paprika, salt & pepper) -1 tbsp of tomato paste -Oregano -20g of shredded cheddar/mozzarella -Red pepper, chopped -Red onion, chopped -15g of feta, crumbled Hot honey: -1 tbsp of honey -Lemon juice (about 1 tbsp) -Chili flakes Method: 1. Spread the tomato paste over the bagel and sprinkle on some oregano. 2. Top with half of the cheese, chicken, pepper, onion, the rest of the cheese and the crumbled feta. 3.
